Semilya sa Kinabuhi (Seed of Life) began in 2005 with a simple request: train a group of workers at Moriah Farms in Bukidnon. What started as a humble program rooted in practical, biblical wisdom has grown into a leadership formation movement shaping entrepreneurs, CEOs, and leaders across the Philippines.
For over 20 years, Semilya has quietly planted seeds of purpose, growth, and impact, turning lessons learned on a farm into principles that guide life, leadership, and business.
