Essentials of Business

Essentials of Business was developed after Unifrutti leaders recognized the impact of values formation and asked for a deeper business training program grounded in real experience. Originally created for UniFrutti managers and executives, the program was shaped by actual entrepreneurial practice and executive leadership, not academic theory. It brings together lessons learned from building organizations, managing people, and stewarding resources over time.

The series is built on the belief that profit is not the goal of business, but the natural fruit of a healthy organization. Using the metaphor of a plant, it explains why businesses fail when they pursue the wrong purpose and succeed when they are built on the right foundation. The program begins by clarifying the purpose of business and the entrepreneur’s stewardship responsibilities.

While strategic planning is discussed, the series emphasizes strategic thinking—creating breakthroughs from what you already have rather than chasing uncertain futures.
